All students have an ILP which tracks your progress through your course. ProMonitor allows you to access your ILP from anywhere with an Internet connection. Once logged on it allows you to see and contribute to your ILP. This includes sections about your studies, targets set by your tutors, assessment grades and details of meetings you have had around the college.
How to access ProMonitor:
From the Internet:
- Go to http://212.219.190.158/ProMonitorStudentPortal
From a college computer:
- Go to http://promonitor.students.dudleylearners.ac.uk/ProMonitorStudentPortal/login.aspx
Then:
- Enter your login details. Your username and password are the same as those you use to log into the college computers. These will have been printed on your enrolment paperwork, but follow this pattern:
Username. This will be an 8 digit number that corresponds to your person code (as shown on your ID badge). If your person code is not 8 digits then you should add zeros to the start to make 8 digits. (e.g. if your person code is 345678, your username is 00345678).
Password. This is your date of birth which must again be written as an 8 digit number (e.g. if you were born on the 4th Feb 1980, your password is 04021980). NOTE: If you have changed your network password since then this new password must also be used in ProMonitor.
- Click on 'Login'.
We highly recommend that if you have not already changed your network password from your date of birth that you do so straight away. Failure to do so may mean that somebody else could access your account without your consent. Click here to see details of how to change your network password and where to get help if you forget your login details.
