Computer facilities at Broadway Library

Computers

Broadway Library offers 36 computers for students to use on a drop in basis for assignment work and research. The computers are currently running Windows XP and also feature Microsoft Office 2007.

In addition to internet access there are also scanning facilities with Supernova installed on a select number of machines for visually impaired learners to use.

Printing services

Black and white laser printing is available for students. Paper can be purchased for 1p a sheet or £2.75 a ream. Alternatively, please feel free to bring your own paper. Colour printing is also available and costs 25p per page.

Conditions of use

It is college policy to block access to inappropriate material on the internet. Students found accessing such sites will be banned from using the IT facilities.

For health and safety reasons, we ask you not to eat or drink by the computers. Please make sure all food and drink has been put away.
